We ship orders across Australia from our Brisbane, Queensland location.

Processing & Production
Custom DTF transfers and gang sheets are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment and artwork approval.
Production times may vary depending on order volume, artwork requirements and the type of order.
Orders are not considered ready for dispatch until production is completed.
Delivery

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:

Brisbane & surrounding areas: 1–2 business days
Sydney: 1–3 business days
Melbourne: 1–3 business days
Adelaide: 2–4 business days
Hobart: 2–4 business days
Perth: 3–5 business days
Darwin: 3–6 business days
Other Australian locations: Delivery times may vary.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier networks, weather, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is correct.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and products. Please report delivery or product issues within 3 days of receiving your order where possible.
